At NovexaLiving, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may be eligible to return it in accordance with the terms below.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible products.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in an appropriate condition, with reasonable care taken to prevent unnecessary damage while it is in your possession.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning an item, as NovexaLiving cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping when the customer has arranged the return.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue so that we can investigate and determine the appropriate solution.

Where an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not meet the requirements of UK consumer law, your statutory rights apply. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and assessed, we will process any applicable refund.

Eligible refunds will normally be processed within 14 days in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method.

For eligible cancellations under UK distance-selling rules, the cost of standard delivery originally paid by the customer will also be refunded where required by law.

If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the amount refunded may be affected where permitted by applicable law.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
